----------
This season, we are implementing a new payment structure inspired by successful models used by several travel soccer organizations. Under this format, club and administrative fees will be paid directly to the club, while coaching stipends will be paid directly to the individual coaches by the families. This shift is designed to promote transparency and ensure that coaches are compensated independently of club operations. In addition, coaches will have the opportunity to provide direct input on the tournament schedule, allowing for greater collaboration and alignment with team development goals.
————
Cost: The cost for the season is dependent on the tournaments selected by the coach and families. Could range between $3500 to $5000 for the season. However a payment of $500 will be required to hold spot and due a week after team acceptance.
—————
Uniforms: This season, we are working with the same uniform representative, but will allow incumbent athletes to use the same number and jerseys for this upcoming season. Our goal is to create a store allowing athletes to purchase what is needed for the season. Those new to the club can estimate to purchase a uniform package between $200-$300.
—————
Practices will begin in November, but SIVA will host training opportunities and open gyms prior to the start of high school season.
